austriamicrosystems -- Non disclosure agreements

For austriamicrosystems technologies, EUROPRACTICE can offer you access to :

• Technology information, design rules, spice decks, etc. Details on the different technologies are available under "Technologies"
• austriamicrosystems Standard cell libraries and design kits for various CAD tools. Details on the different libraries are available under "IP & libraries"

The procedure to get access to the technology information is to sign the austriamicrosystems Confidentiality agreement.

IMPORTANT notes for signing the CA

• austriamicrosystems only concludes Agreements with Companies and Universities, but not with single persons
• Therefore the complete Legal Name of the company/university/institute has to be specified in the first line of the address field
• Thereafter the department as well as the complete address details have to be specified
• All agreements have to be signed by an offical Representative or authorized person only (no Assistant or Research Associate, student,...!)

The procedure to get access to cell libraries is to sign the imec NDA and ams HKLA.

There is only one CA and one NDA to be signed to get access to any of the austriamicrosystems technologies (so not per technology) with exception for the 0.18um H18 and C18 technologies.

To access these technologies the Project Request Form needs to be in place, for customers not based in teh EU the additional 0,18um addendum needs to be in place.

Once we have received the signed documents these are send to Austriamicrosystems.
Austriamicrosystems will screen the request and will assign a CA number.
With your CA number you can register at the ams website. Once registered you will recieve a username and password to logon on the website and access all technologies and download the available design kits.
