X-FAB Technologies

In our Europractice portfolio we included 2 technologies to be offered, XH018 and XT018. Both these technologies are chosen very carefully in order to expand our portfolio to our customer demands.

For both these technologies, we created a standard selection of modules, devices with respect to the processing cost.

You can find the available modules for the technologies on our pricelist. Don't hesitate to contact your Europractice responsible to check if your required modules or devices are available on our MPW. If possible, the available modules list can be extended on our MPW's with prices given on demand.Europractice also offers some additional scripts to check if you are confirm with the available modules.

XH018

The XH018 series is X-FAB's 0.18 micron Modular Mixed Signal HV CMOS Technology. Based upon the industrial standard single poly with up to six metal layers 0.18-micron drawn gate length Nwell process. It is the industry's first and only 0.18 micrometer technology to integrate high temperature (HT), high voltage (HV) and non-volatile memory (NVM) all in a single platform. It is ideal for SoC applications in the automotive market such as control devices inside combustion engine compartments or electric engine housings with temperature range up to 175C, as well as embedded high-voltage applications in the communications, consumer and industrial market.

XT018

The XT018 series is X-FAB's 0.18 micron Modular High-voltage SOI CMOS Technology. Based on SOI wafers and the industrial standard single poly with up to six metal layers 0.18-micron drawn gate length process, integrated with high voltage and Non-Volatile-Memory modules, the platform is specifically designed for a new generation of cost-effective "Super Smart Power" technology; offering up to 200V MOS capability and; operating in temperature range of -40 to 175 C.

The platform is ideal for consumer, medical, telecommunication infrastructure and industrial applications that need bidirectional isolation, such as PoE applications, ultrasound transmitter drivers, piezo actuators and capacitive-driven micromechanics.
